Описание: On March 28, 2017, members of the Palms Elementary Family Association went to the LAUSD Board meeting to explain why so-called "co-location" of charter schools at Title I schools under Proposition 39 was unproductive, unfair and unlawful -- under LAUSD's plans. Palms community members voiced their opposition to their Title I (economically disadvantaged) students losing their computer lab, special education rooms and cafeteria to incoming well-funded charter school kids.
