Beginning in Teignmouth on the falling tide on what will become one of the lowest tides this decade. After looking at the strong flows out of the Teign Estuary it becomes much trickier as we reach Hole Head and venture towards the Parson and Clerk rocks, although I fail to reach the legendary cave/natural arch here.
The legend states that the Parson and his Clerk met the Devil in disguise, and they were instantly turned to stone at a natural arch between Teignmouth and Dawlish, which would be this location.
