XL5+ Power Bender

Описание: The XL5+ Power Bender packs 5+ functions that makes it more than just an impressive metal bar bender. This baseline version of the tool is a metal bar cutter, a metal ring roller, a metal hole punch and it will also rivet heavy duty metal work together effortlessly. As well as being able to bend bar in a single pass, it’s unique design allows a wide range of steel profiles to be bent progressively in order to curve steel into complex shapes.
If that wasn’t enough further option packs are available that allow it to do the work of other fabrication equipment.

Specifications
-Dimensions: W: 110mm x D: 430 x H: 720mm handle length
-Profile specification: 25 x 8 mm to 40 x 6mm (flat strip) - 10mm (square bar) & 12mm (round bar)
Riveting produces strong authentic looking ornamental joints using cold rivets. A useful alternative to welding when availability of welding equipment or power is an issue.

-Profile specifications: will work with 3, 5 & 6mm rivets (flat or round head)
Rolling arches, curves and rings in flat and square bars by driving steel backwards and forwards through rollers using the winding handle. (note - be aware that the knurled drive roller can leave a "knurl" pattern impression on the face of the steel bar being rolled)

-Profile specifications: 50 x 6mm to 40x 8mm flat strip
Bending (single pass), real power bending completed in a single pull of a lever. Bends upto 60° angles in material sizes up to 12mm thick. Bends upto 90° angles in material beyond 12mm and upto 16mm thick.

-Profile specifications: 50 x 10mm to 40x 8mm flat strip - 16mm square & round bar
Bending (progressive), an extra feature for gradual bending of even bigger sections into curves. Carried out by applying large bending power at increments along the length of a bar. Handles a wide variety of sections including angle, T-section, square tube, square bar and channel, and even handrail profile.

-Profile specifications: 50 x 10mm to 40x 8mm flat strip - 20mm square (16mm if bent diagonally & 20mm round bar
-Max 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm (wall thickness) to 25mm x 25mm x 2mm (wall thickness) square tube
-Max 30mm x 30mm x 3mm (thick) to 25mm x 25mm x 6mm (thick) angle
-Max 30mm x 30mm x 3mm (thick) to 25mm x 25mm x 5mm thick T-section
-Max 40mm x 5mm to 25mm x 10mm Flat bar on edge

*Please note: The maximum working capacity is for hot rolled mild steel bar and annealed bright mild steel bar. Working beyond these limits or with material of greater hardness may reduce the operational life of the machines
