ARC Raiders - Trials Have BIG Problems

I really like how trials track personal best scores within a single raid; I think this creates fairness the overcomes many system issues tied to systems that inherently rewards more playtime. However, there are still a few areas that make the trials system feel less than fair.

Squads/groups in raid share points and compete directly with solo players. Squads have the benefits of more loadouts, ammo, faster time to kill, and group revives (no defib required). For trials such as search first wave husks, each player can search each husk, allowing the team to triple up points. As an example, if a solo searched every possible husk on a map, they would have no chance to compete with a squad all searching even 50% of the husks on a map.

Divisions of 100 players can have highly variable weekly scores. The division itself does not influence the difficulty of scoring points, yet the rank within division is used to determine promotions/demotions from your current rank. Scoring your first trial points the day new trials launch, versus many days later, will significantly impact the difficulty of achieving promotions with unchanged scoring effort.

The Hidden Bunker map has very limited availability, such that many players simply cannot reliably have access to the map. The map offers a lot of advantages for trial scores, 6,400 points for data downloads, lots of ground based mobs, and most importantly, is the only map with 40 minute raid timer. This provides significantly more time to score points and has 2x trial points bonus.

Finally, trials have seen balances changes to gear mid-week. I don't object to developers implementing changes. I only challenge the wisdom of making balance changes while the trial week in active, and not timing these changes to the start of a new trial week.
