King Charles is visiting Clitheroe, Lancashire, today, travelling by train as he undertakes a programme of engagements focused on rural life and local communities.
Upon arrival at Clitheroe Station, His Majesty is welcomed by local dignitaries and members of the public before continuing to Clitheroe Auction Mart. During the visit, the King meets with farmers and tours the Rural Business Centre, which supports rural businesses across the region.
This marks His Majesty’s second visit to Lancashire since his accession to the throne.
