Indoor mold growth affects air quality and may be harmful to human health. This video will demonstrate how to perform airborne fungal spore sampling using the impaction method. This method uses a pump and spore trap device to capture mold spores in the air onto microscopic slides that are ready for direct microscopic examination.

This method uses the Zefon Bio-Pump Plus. It is an air sampling pump designed for exclusive use with Air-O-Cell and Via-Cell cassettes with a 15-LPM.
