In this video I show how to make Lao sour sausage. It is pretty much the same recipe as in my video from years ago, with the addition of garlic and cooked rice to make the sausage turn sour. There is also non-traditional ingredients add in this recipe: chicken bouillon and oyster sauce. You may leave these ingredients out if you don't like them.
