This video covers the story of an F-14A Tomcat crash in Arizona in 1983. A little history on the evolution of the Tomcat fighter jet, the troublesome TF-30 engine, and the events leading up to the loss of F-14A BuNo #161289 “NE 200” are covered in the video. This aviation narrative is finalized with a visit to the wreck site of this specific aircraft.
