"All in My Head" by Marc captures the emotional state I wanted. I found it while on the hunt for something that had a Miles Morales vibe to it. I heard this song once and instantly knew I could make it work as a song about a girl who knows she is loved, knows she is powerful, knows she is winning... and still feels like she is disappearing inside her own life.
