INGREDIENTS

Bavarian Cream

4 cups milk
2 Eggs
½ cup All purpose flour
½ cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter (60g)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoons coffee
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
200g graham crackers
¼ cup nuts


Caramel

1 cup + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2/3 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream
1/3 cup of water
1 tablespoon of salted butter
1 teaspoon of salt
