Seit mehr als 400 Jahren besteht das Lotsenwesen. Es begann mit den
Neuwerker Fischern und wurde stetig an die ändernden Bedingungen
angepasst. Der Versetzdienst von einst von einst ist mit den heutigen
Möglichkeiten nicht mehr zu vergleichen.Mit der SWATH-Technologie wurde
eine neue Generation von Stationsschiffen in Betrieb genommen, die
Meilensteine in punkto Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit setzen. Dieser
Film berichtet ausschnittsweise über die moderne Versetztechnologie.

Description. SWATH technology - application in the North Sea. We show 6 minutes of demo clip of a video otherwise long 34 minutes. For more than 400 years the German pilot's being exists. It began with the Neuwerker fishermen and was adapted steadily to the changing conditions. The Versetzdienst is not to be compared of former days to the today's possibilities any more. With the SWATH technology became
a new generation of the station ships started running which put landmarks in punkto security and economic efficiency. This film reports cutting-wise about the modern Versetztechnologie. Abeking & Rasmussen can call itself rightly the most successful shipyard worldwide under construction from SWATH ships. On the shore of the Weser the boat & yacht shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen was founded in 1907. This was developed in the course of decades to a modern shipyard which exists of 5 halls currently for ships to 80-m length, to modern office buildings, a harbour basin and a Syncrolift.
