Every day is a gift, and we often are too sedated to unwrap it. We spend most of our time in the past or the future, but we rarely take the time to live in the moment, treasuring the blessings all around us.
Explore your relationships with family and friends, don’t let them become stale and stagnant. Begin to make new relationships with everyone you encounter.
The person in line in front of you at the grocery store could be the greatest friend you’ve ever met. If you begin to operate on the understanding that a kind word and genuine connection could save the life of everyone you meet, you will learn the art of love. As you master the art of love, you will feel the Presence of Christ transform you.

(Isaiah‬ ‭39‬:‭6‬-‭7) “Behold, the days are coming, when all that is in your house, and that which your fathers have stored up till this day, shall be carried to Babylon. Nothing shall be left, says the Lord. And some of your own sons, who will come from you, whom you will father, shall be taken away, and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.”” ‭‭

(‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭3‬-‭4‬) “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.””

(‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭52‬:‭7‬-‭10‬) “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.” The voice of your watchmen—they lift up their voice; together they sing for joy; for eye to eye they see the return of the Lord to Zion. Break forth together into singing, you waste places of Jerusalem, for the Lord has comforted his people; he has redeemed Jerusalem. The Lord has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.”

(‭‭Matthew‬ ‭9‬:‭1‬-‭8‬) “And getting into a boat he crossed over and came to his own city. And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.” And behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man is blaspheming.” But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he then said to the paralytic—“Rise, pick up your bed and go home.” And he rose and went home. When the crowds saw it, they were afraid, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to men.”
