This Palma neighbourhood has a flavour all of its own, and Markus Innobar reflects its spirit wonderfully. If the name Innobar already sounds familiar to you, it’s because Markus Innobar’s father, Emilio Innobar, has his own great restaurant in Mallorca’s capital.

Having lived the restaurant-owning life and thanks to the invaluable guidance of his family, it’s now the turn of the young Markus to shine, along with his super, supportive team. On the menu is inventive Asian – Mediterranean fusion cuisine, with some fresh takes on modern Spanish dishes. Guests dine in the smart surroundings of the word-adorned interior with its porthole-like windows revealing the gorgeous view, or outside on the terrace taking in the sunny scenes of Palma bay.

Sharing plates and set tasting menus are popular, catering to the new preference for an informal and exciting way of experiencing great food.
