Today Tia Langrey faces Mr. Beilarge (or Señor Barriga, in Spanish); character from mexican sitcom "El Chavo" (Chaves, in Brazil), and perfomed by Edgar Vivar.
This character was created for MUGEN by Optimus25 with POTS-Style gameplay.
This character comes from the full game made in Brazil and in MUGEN; from the aforementioned Mexican program called "Street Chaves" ("Street Chavo" or "El Chavo Fighter" in Spanish), and all its characters have movesets from other fighters.
In this case, Mr. Beilarge/Sr. Barriga has Chang Koehan's moveset (from KOF).
Regarding his AI, he has the aforementioned moveset of another character; he has special attacks using papers that fly in the wind along with Chaves/El Chavo's assistance; but these attacks often damage Mr. Beilarge/Sr. Barriga himself at the same time (A gag that is common in the aforementioned Chespirito's show).
Tia will defeat the rent collector from El Chavo's Neighborhood to win the battle.
