Описание: URGENT: Sudden Cancellation of NFSC Fellowship for 60 Students

We are 60 candidates who were originally selected for the NFSC (Formerly Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students) under the UGC-June 2024 cycle, as per the list released on 18th March 2025. Shockingly, our names were removed without notice from the revised list published on 4th May 2025—despite completing all required formalities.

This unexplained cancellation, citing vague “discrepancies,” has caused immense academic and emotional stress, and is jeopardizing our Ph.D. admissions. The original list had 865 candidates, now reduced to 805—apparently due to increased cut-offs or subject category changes, disproportionately affecting final-year and passed-out students.

We are seeking urgent redress from UGC, NTA, NFSC Cell, and the Ministry of Education. We request your support in raising awareness and demanding a fair review and reinstatement of our fellowships.
