Supplies:
Black or dark paper, drawing, construction, any dark paper
colored pencils: I used Prismacolors in these colors, but as long as you have a white pencil, you can use ANY colors!
Canary yellow 916, White 289, Neon pink 1038, Hot pink 933, Light cerulean blue 904, Chartreuse 989, Cobalt blue 133, Process red 944
