Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 shallot, finely chopped (or small onion)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine (optional, can use chicken broth instead)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth (more if not using wine)
1 small black truffle, finely grated
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 oz 25 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Microgreens basil
Roasted Tomatoes
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 tsp oregano
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
2 buns or 4 pieces of bread
