There's one character in both UNDERTALE and DELTARUNE that has been completely ignored by the fandom: Togore Dreemurr. Since no one else seems to be talking about him, and the great mystery of his appearances, I wanted to cover all of the content we have of this character so far, and propose my own theory about his potential future story.
