A Mojo Bag is the staple talisman in the African Hoodoo tradition, it appears in other magickal traditions as well.
While a Medicine bag is a traditional Native American bag or pouch usually worn around the neck that contains items that the wearer considers holy, sacred, and is similar in use and creation/construction or "fixing" (empowering) to the Mojo Bag.
