Let's really CRUSH this upper body and abs workout together! I used my 10, 20, 25, 30 pound dumbbells and we are working in superset style! We will do 3 rounds of 45 seconds per exercise and with some 30 second rounds as well. I am so PUMPED to have you rock this workout with me!
