Welcome to Main Event Rarities.

In this special episode we rewind to 1999 and dig into one of the most infamous oddities to come out of the Main Event archive — Extreme Impact. Commissioned by Canadian B-movie distributor Madacy Entertainment, this wild crash compilation became notorious among collectors as a re-skinned mashup of three legendary Main Event titles: Crash & Crunch, The Crash Experience, and Bad Boats.

What resulted was a full-throttle highlight reel of motorsports mayhem — massive hits, wild wrecks, and jaw-dropping moments captured the way only Main Event could: loud, raw, and completely unfiltered.

For years this strange late-90s release floated around bargain bins and late-night video shelves, but underneath the repackaging was pure Main Event chaos from the golden age of motorsports video.

Now we’re cracking it open again for Main Event Rarities so a whole new generation of fans can experience this bizarre piece of racing video history.
