Upcoming interactive XR movie from directors Ondřej Moravec and Volodymyr Kolbasa.
Selected for IDFA DocLab forum 2022.
Still in development phase, this immersive war story is a second part of Fresh Memories project. The first part, Fresh Memories: The Look is a 360°VR documentary based on Marina Abramović's famous performance and it allows you to look into the eyes of Ukraine war survivors, and also visit their homes and bombed-out streets of Kharkiv. The Look was screened at the SXSW 2023 and at numerous other film festivals, tech and political conferences, and in the galleries.
The Dive is more narrative driven and it follows several stories of war participants, giving you a glimpse into harrowing situations and capturing different points of view. As an XR interactive experience, it transforms your own environment into war-torn buildings and other sceneries.
