RSI Smartcap || Our experience with customer support

Описание: Our $5k awesome Smartcap had an issue… the paint was bubbling up and starting to peel… on every surface. So we filed a claim and after almost 9 months of waiting they have replaced it with a new one.

So are we happy? No but we could have been. It’s awesome that they cared enough to totally replace a defective product. And we would have been happy had they just handled their customer service better. Having to email and wait and hope for a response just leaves you feeling stranded. And then to take months and months to send the replacement. Well, that just leaves you wondering if you made a good purchase. Don’t get me wrong the truck cap is just freaking awesome. So well designed and has so many great features. And if I didn’t have it I’d miss it… a lot.

Bottom line, if you buy one just know you may have issues… and it will take months and months to resolve those issues… and it still might be worth it.
