This Standard Norra & Diana deck is all about creating units with portals and invokes, with the wincon being Cosmic Call for 8 mana. Play like a control deck that wants to go slow until you see an opportunity to activate the call so you can start taking over the game with big, cheap celestials. Diana is a cheap control tool that can challenge the opponents units for board control and Norra fills up your board with units that wouldn't normally be there!
