Описание: You will spend your working years building up your pension for when you retire. In addition to the auto enrolment scheme you are automatically enrolled in by your employer, you may also save into a personal pension.

Personal pensions are defined contribution pensions and there are specific rules about how you can take this pension when you get to retirement that I discuss in this video.
