In this short, intermediate level class, we focus on mobilising our shoulders and chest in preparation for flips. It can be practised as a warm-up or as a class in itself. The class is designed for students who already know the basics of Aerial Yoga.
This online class is practised at your own risk. Please ensure your hammock is rigged safely and the structure or building is strong enough to support it. Use crash mats or cushions as a safety measure when practising new inversions or flips. Please treat your body with kindness and respect. I hope you enjoy the class.
