Описание: On the morning of May 17, 2016, a crew from Dominion/Atlantic Coast Pipeline [ACP] came onto my property to survey the proposed route of the pipeline in the Andersonville area of Buckingham County. They came without the required prior written notice and all but one refused to identify themselves. Their hostility and contempt was very distressing.
