💧 Diffuse essential oils or make a spray to disperse in the air: Choose from rose, frankincense, lemongrass, cypress, oregano, tea tree, bergamot, lavender, lime, lemon, sage or other singles or blends you find uplifting
🔮 Crystals: black tourmaline, obsidian, hematite, selenite, clear or lemurian quartz
Add healthy living plants to the space
🙌🏼 Reiki or energy work - draw and/or visualize sacred symbols on walls, ceiling, floor and center of the room.
🔔 Sound - play singing bowls, chimes, bells or music containing these instruments. Consider reciting statements, affirmations, chant symbol names or mantras and/or prayers out loud.
