Prof. Dr. Çetin Işık is an orthopedic doctor born in Mardin in 1981. He studied primary, middle, and high school in the same city and was the top student in his school. He obtained the highest degree in his city in the university entrance examination and started studying at the Faculty of Medicine at Ankara University.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 2005 and then entered the Department of Orthopedic and Joint Surgery specialty at Yıldırım Beyazit Hospital in Ankara.
In 2010, after submitting his master's thesis, he obtained the title of specialist in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
Due to his academic achievements and success in the examination, he became the chief resident in 2012.
In 2014, he obtained the degree of Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic and Joint Surgery at Yıldırım Beyazıt Hospital. He obtained the degree of Assistant Professor in 2016 after passing the examination and writing many studies in the scientific community.
He continued his studies at the same hospital while performing operations at Bilkent Ataturk Hospital for Studies and Research.
During his academic career, Prof. Dr. Işık has graduated many doctors.
He has performed more than 20,000 operations in his working life.

He is highly specialized and updated in the field of highly complex joint surgery and post-operative relapsed joints. The techniques that the doctor performs in the surgery have been written about in foreign scientific journals.
