Описание: Selma Mall located off Highway 14 in Alabama, opened for business on March 2nd, 1972, anchored by Sears, Britts Department Store and Kress Co Department store. The mall would begin to struggle in the 1990's, where it would be renovated slightly and gain some new stores. By the 2000's, the mall was focusing on local business occupying space, and would struggle into the 2010s where anchor stores would leave. JCPenney would leave the mall in 2014, and Goodys closed for the final time in 2015. Finally, Belk shut down in June of 2023, leaving the mall with no traditional anchors, being anchored by a Flea Market in the former JCPenney. Sadly, it seems this staple of the Selma Community wont be around for much longer.
