Spring tides on the Bristol Channel - with drone & time lapse photography.
The Bristol Channel is known for it's huge tides, esp. the spring tides (which have nothing to do with the time of year, rather it refers to the water ‘springing up’.
During the spring tide in May here in North Somerset on the Bristol Channel, farmland which is usually high & dry for much of the year was covered with seawater. This was a 13 metre tide.
Time lapses taken with Canon EOS700D.
