I am a founder and entrepreneur currently living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I just moved back from living in Costa Rica - I've been doing the digital nomad thing for 4 years now.

I run BeKNOWN Media, where I help service businesses grow through storytelling, content creation, and digital strategy. Everything from organic social, paid ads, websites, and systems for success!

I started my business 5 years ago in my parents' basement, I quit my job at 24 to go after my vision. Since then, I’ve built a life and business that align with my biggest values—helping others grow while creating the freedom to live life on my terms.

My journey has been full of lessons, from the excitement of building a business to the challenges of staying grounded in a fast-paced world. I’m passionate about mindset, self-belief, and living a healthy, active lifestyle. Whether I’m crushing a run, growing my company, or traveling the world, I’m always looking for ways to level up and inspire others to do the same 🙌
