Finding Oak Under The Carpet - Sanding Hardwood Floors

Описание: In this floor sanding video, we refinish an old oak strip floor. The oak was carpeted, which took some effort to remove. The underpad was fused into the wood, had to use a flat shovel to remove the adhesive. Eventually, we discovered the wood. Turns out, the original floor underneath was pine, which later had oak flooring installed over it, then carpeted. Anyways, we sanded it down to raw wood, removed all scratches, and then stained it weathered oak.

Sealed with Bona's Classic Seal, then coated with Bona Mega One and finally, for the 3rd coat, protected with Bona Traffic HD, in matte sheen. Bona Traffic HD is a 2-component, commercial grade waterborne protective floor finish, known for its superior scratch resistance. This is in our Silver package.
