SEPTETO TIPICO TIVOLI
This young traditional music group started out in 1995 in the district Tivoli, which is known for its rich cultural traditions, hence the name; and after intense work within amateur circles, in 1996 became part of the Professional Catalog of Traditional Cuban music of Santiago de Cuba.
The vitality of its members and the excellence of its musical interpretations have branded this group with an outstanding mark, distinguishing them from other musical groups. With their ability to perform in trios, quartets, and quintets, these musicians follow the path of their ancestors, preserving their traditional sound, and the essence of Cuban music.
