Voting is something a lot of people can do, but most of the people who can, don't. In Part 1 I describe, at breakneck speed, how to register to vote in any of the 50 United States or it's 5 Territories, and briefly examine some common hurdles that you may experience in your efforts to do so. In Part 2 I will examine why informed, earnest voting is crucial to a representative government that can be held accountable to public needs and wants, especially in the midterm election season.
