A session so weak it barely counts as a workout, although I guess just getting it done is the only positive to say. I really really really did not want to do it today, but discipline wouldn't let me skip it. there is always an excuse you can find not to do it.
well, I did in fact do it, so instead I'll make excuses for why it was shitty lol. I was not rested or recovered at all, the previous workout was quite good but especially the lifting portion was still draining me today. I was underfueled and not warmed up at all. Worst of all, the unchalked handles on the 24s felt like they had been coated in bacon grease or something. Time to clean and sand them again I guess. my grip more or less completely failed in the second set, causing me to put them down since I really doubted if I would be able to continue holding on to them.
Anyway. The only truly bad workout is the one you didn't do, I guess.
