Two Nepalese nationals have been arrested in connection with the murder of Kasturi G Kutty, the daughter of PR Varier, founder of Arya Vaidya Sala in Coimbatore. The accused reportedly confessed that they killed the 82-year-old to steal gold. The housemaid involved in the case is still absconding. Coimbatore City Police said that more accused may be involved and the search is ongoing.
