Featuring Dr. Brian Bunnell and Dr. John Torous, the discussion explored how thoughtfully designed digital platforms can enhance adherence, improve outcomes, and strengthen the therapist–client connection. Using Adhere.ly—a free, HIPAA-compliant web-based platform—as an example, they illustrated how digital innovations can meaningfully support therapy delivery and patient engagement in mental health care.
