Welcome to our daily yoga routine to start your day! In this video, we will guide you through a series of yoga poses and stretches that will energize your body and mind, and set you up for a productive and fulfilling day.
Our routine is suitable for all levels and can be easily modified to suit your needs. We recommend that you practice this routine in a quiet and comfortable space, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
We begin with a few warm-up stretches to loosen up the muscles and prepare the body for the yoga practice.
