🛕Shri Krishnagiri Hill – Trek & Temple

Just 64 km from Bangalore, nestled in the MAKALI STATE FOREST near Ramanagara, Shri Krishnagiri Hill is a hidden gem that blends spiritual energy with raw natural beauty. The journey begins with a scenic drive, but the real magic starts at the base — where a stone-step trek leads you through forested paths and rocky terrain.

At the summit, you’ll find the "Sri Krishnagiriappa Udbhava Murthy" idol tucked inside a cave temple — ancient, peaceful, and deeply rooted in local devotion. Handrails near the top make the climb easier, and the panoramic view from above is absolutely breathtaking — a perfect spot for drone shots, nature photography, or quiet reflection.

This area is also known as a *bear hotspot*, so keep your eyes open and your camera ready — if you're lucky, you might just spot one in the wild
