Pass with some exceptional movement patterns? Don’t maintain your focus on what’s already exceptional. Work on conditioning your other patterns.

One pitfall we see is an attempt to condition a pattern that requires correction. That is a path to compensation. When movement correction is needed, think of it as a calibration of the mind and body. There’s also a misunderstanding that pain or dysfunction means that all training has to cease. Nope. Correct what needs correcting and condition what can be conditioned.
