THE WORKOUT:
Circuit 1 | weighted, no jumping
20 sumo squat to shoulder press
20 side lunge with single-arm press
20 repeat side lunge with single-arm press on opposite side
12 front raise to burpee
15 reverse lunge to squat complex | add press on reverse lunges
Rest 30 seconds after each movement!
Circuit 2 | bodyweight with some jumping movements

cross-body standing oblique crunch
cross-body standing oblique crunch on opposite side
squat to jumping rotating squat complex
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds in-between each exercise!
