Clear PETG Calibration Project Update, Transparency is the goal

Описание: Clear PETG Calibration Project Update: Achieving truly clear PETG prints can be a challenge, but I've been hard at work to simplify the process! In this video, I'm excited to update you on the upcoming release of a FREE .3MF print profile designed to make printing clear PETG much easier, addressing common issues like stringing, excessive moisture, and inconsistent results.

As part of this project, I'm going to use the Eibos Cyclopes filament dryer, which was kindly provided to me by Eibos. Proper filament drying may be crucial for clear PETG, and I'll be sharing my experiences with the Cyclopes and how it's contributing to this project.

So far the 4 things that have mattered for me:

1.) layer height 0.1 seems sweet spot
2.) high temp without melting/warping 240-250 has been good so far will test faster speeds with higher temp
3) perfecting extrusion rate
4.) same direction printing infill 99.9999%

the calibration tiles .3mf is still in process want to get as close to dialed then have a grid with good setting ranges. sharing since a couple subscribers showed interest.
