當時正值雪季末期（春滑），幸運的是遊客不多，我們避開了擁擠的人潮，享受了舒適寬敞的滑道。這趟旅程我們每天都聘請了專業教練精進技術，並在標誌性的「毛無山」山頂留下了壯麗的合影與無數珍貴的照片。

除了滑雪，野澤溫泉獨有的「村落文化」更是這趟旅行的亮點。每天滑雪結束後，我們穿梭在迷人的溫泉街，享用當地美食，甚至在晚餐後續攤小酌，體驗日式居酒屋的熱鬧氛圍。當然，絕對不能錯過這裡著名的「外湯（Soto-yu）」巡禮，用天然溫泉洗去一天的疲憊。

旅程的最後一天，我們特地安排了溫泉街的步行導覽（Walking Tour），細細品味這座古老溫泉村的歷史與風情。這是一段結合了運動、美食與文化的完美三人旅。

2023年3月、長野県の野沢温泉スキー場へ初めて訪れた際の3人旅の記録です。

シーズン終盤の春スキーということもあり、ゲレンデは混雑もなく、快適に滑走を楽しむことができました。毎日インストラクターをつけて技術を磨き、野沢温泉のシンボルである「毛無山」山頂では、素晴らしい景色と共にたくさんの記念写真を撮影しました。

スキーだけでなく、野沢温泉特有の「村の文化」も満喫しました。アフタースキーは情緒ある温泉街へ繰り出し、美味しい夕食や居酒屋での一杯を楽しみ、名物の「外湯めぐり」で疲れを癒す毎日。

最終日には温泉街の散策（ウォーキングツアー）も行い、古き良き温泉村の雰囲気を肌で感じることができました。滑り、食、そして温泉。野沢温泉の魅力を余すところなく詰め込んだ旅のフォトログです。

This video documents our first-ever trip to Nozawa Onsen Snow Resort in Nagano, Japan, in March 2023.

Traveling as a group of three during the spring skiing season, we were delighted to find the slopes uncrowded, allowing us to fully enjoy the mountain. We hired a ski instructor daily to refine our skills and captured stunning photos at the summit of Mt. Kenashi, creating lasting memories against a breathtaking backdrop.

Beyond the skiing, the charm of the Nozawa Onsen village was a major highlight. Our daily routine involved exploring the traditional onsen town, indulging in delicious local dinners, and enjoying the nightlife with drinks at local izakayas. We also embraced the local culture by visiting the famous "Soto-yu" (public hot springs) to relax our muscles after skiing.

On our final day, we took a walking tour of the village to soak in the history and atmosphere of this unique destination. It was the perfect blend of skiing, culture, and relaxation.
