One day a girl named Stephanie volunteered to test a dangerous tickle artifact: the "Bowl of a Thousand Feathers." Legend has it that if given enough time it will release hundreds of thousands of ticklish feathers to tickle everything that it comes across.

The girl being tickled is held down by custom restraints for aesthetic. Then they let the bowl target her and tickle her all over.
