①駐車場 | Parking
White Horse Hill car park に車を停めることができます。
もしくはAoraki/Mount Cook Villageから歩き始めることも可能。
You can park at White Horse Hill car park.
Or you can start walking from Aoraki/Mount Cook Village as well.

②セアリーターンズ・ルックアウトまで階段を上がる | Walk up stairs to Sealy Tarns Lookout
階段です。なかなか急です。ルックアウトまではWhite Horse Hill carparkから約2時間。
You need to go up steep stairs. It takes about 2 hours from White Horse Hill carpark to Sealy Tarns Lookout.

③セアリーターンズからミューラーハット・ルートを通ってミューラーハットへ | From Sealy Tarns, take Mueller Hut Route to Mueller Hut
階段とかなくなります。オレンジ色のポールを辿って山を登っていきます。
結構ハードですが、以前のAvalanche Peak Trackよりはまだましでした。
No stairs. You need to follow the orange poles. It is hard but it was much better than Avalanche Peak Track I did before this one.

④下山 | Return Trip
上りももちろんですが、下りも天候が良くないとできません。特にMueller Hut Routeは足場が悪いので、帰りの天候も要チェックです！登山前ビジターセンターに行ってチェックインをするときに、僕は下山の日の天候が良くなさそうだということで、日程変更を勧められて、実際に変更しました。結果、素晴らしい景色の中下山することができたので、下山のことも考えて登り始めたほうがいいです！
Both way up and down, the weather needs to be good. Especially Mueller Hut Route is rocky and steep and some possible snows on the route, so it's better you go both up and down in good weather. I actually changed my plan due to expected bad weather after I visited the visitor center. As a result, I was able to see beautiful mountains and views while hiking so check the weather for both days going up and down!

※ミューラーハットは予約必須です。事前に下のサイトから予約をして、登山当日にはAoraki/Mount Cook VillageにあるVisitor Centerにてチェックイン（スタンプのついたチケット的なものをもらいます）、ミューラーハットに着いたらハットの管理人さん的な人にチケットを見せる必要があります。下山後も再度Visitor Centerを訪問して無事に下山したことを伝えに行きましょう（チェックアウト）。万が一のことがあったときのためにしっかりとやっておいたほうがいいです。帰りのチェックアウトもしていないと、どこかへ行ってしまったと思われて、無駄な大捜索が行われることもあるみたいです。。
You need booking to stay at Mueller Hut during hiking season(Nov. - April). And you need to register your intention to do the hike with DOC at visitor center. If you fail this registration, unnecessary search could be conducted.

もうめちゃくちゃオススメ！このニュージーランド旅でもトップを争うくらい満足度の高いハイクでした！
I would highly recommend this hike if you come to Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park! I mean I REALLY LOVED this hike! It was definitely one of my best hike during my New Zealand Trip!
