This is part 2 of the video tutorial where I show you how to crochet a Smiley Face patch (or coaster). 🙂

I use American terminology through out as I do in all my crochet tutorials. I'm using a 4mm hook and I'm going to be switching between two colors of yarn. The stitches/expressions you need to know for this tutorial are:
MC = Magic Circle,
CH = Chain,
SC = Single Crochet,
DC = Double Crochet,
SS = Slip Stitch
I'm trying my best to remember to explain the stitches I make as I go along but sometimes I might brush past sections and that's why it's handy to have some of knowledge of at least some of the stitches involved.
It takes me just around 60 minutes to make this Smiley face (off camera) from start to finnish.
