It is Officer Pete Malloy's first partner named Officer Tom Porter. It's not just a recounting of his achievements as a policeman, but a look at his life &and family, and the meaning of his loss to his friends and to the community. The song i chose in the background is "He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother by The Hollies. The song was released in 1969 but became a hit in 1970.
