Line Change: Picking up the Gloves

Описание: Hockey culture is evolving, pushed forward by the renewed scrutiny on how the sport handles harm and accountability, but also by the people forging a new way forward.

In Line Change: Picking up the Gloves, changemakers across the sport share how they’re working to build a healthier hockey culture, alongside the testimony of a sexual abuse survivor whose experience underscores why these shifts matter.

The short documentary was produced by Centennial College journalism third-year students, with the intention of bringing light to crucial issues in Canada’s favourite winter sport and the people working to address them.

Production took place in October 2025 and the documentary served as the final project for the students’ advanced video class.
