The Spanish cabinet has decided to extradite 269 Chinese nationals, including 200 people from Taiwan, back to the Chinese mainland to face trial. They are alleged to have been involved in telecom fraud. This is part of a year-long investigation into an Internet fraud ring operated from several Spanish cities, including Madrid and Barcelona.
